Free Health Checks

You may be entitled to a free NHS Health Check if you are aged between 40 - 75 and you do not have any of the following:  Heart Disease, Stroke, Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Hypertension and Schizophrenic Disorders.

Please book an appointment with our Healthcare Assistant for your Free NHS Health Check. When you attend for your health check you will be requested to attend for a blood test.

Please ask at reception for details.
